A Flexible, Easy-to-Maintain Conference Site
My intention here was to create a site using "CoachVille blue" that was flexible and easy to change. We were very late in getting this started ; the initial request for the site came less than four months before the conference date.
After I started, the theme of the Conference changed, and then the Conference Director left the organization. The simplicity angle really worked to my advantage as the conference grew closer, with both the expected additions to the site (new speakers, more details emerging) and the many unforeseen circumstances.
